Reach millions of new users
by bringing your game to Windows

When you publish your Unity-developed game to the Windows Store or Windows Phone Store, you become eligible to apply for the Unity Offer Program and receive incredible benefits to help your game reach millions of new users.

To qualify for the program, your entry will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Your games have innovative content, differentiating your titles from other games in the same genre.
  • If you are porting a game that currently exists on a non-Windows platform, that game should have received 3+ star ratings and good reviews with a significant number of downloads in that store. If your game was pay-to-download, it should have at least 5,000 installs. If your game was free-to-play, it should have at least 50,000 installs.
  • You have experience shipping quality games on mobile and/or console.

Games must be published to the Windows Store or Windows Phone Store after June 1, 2014.

Unity Offer Program Levels

Level 1

Create or port an innovative game made with Unity to the Windows Store or Windows Phone Store.

If you qualify, you could receive these benefits:

  • One license to Windows 8.1 Pro (up to US$200 in value)
  • Voucher to Unity Asset Store (up to US$100 in value)
  • One Developer device
  • Priority review for Windows Store promotion

Level 2

Applications that pass Level 1 and meet the Level 2 criteria will be reviewed for Level 2 benefits.

If you qualify, you could receive these benefits:

  • One million impressions Ad Package from AdDuplex (up to US$1,000 in value)
  • Voucher to Microsoft Store (up to US$100 in value, and subject to availability in your region)
  • Feature placement on the Made with Unity gallery
  • Priority review for Windows Store promotion
  • Top three candidates each month receive one Unity Pro License (up to US$1,500 in value)

Top three candidates each month receive priority consideration for review and acceptance to ID@Xbox Program, if interested.

Microsoft will provide technical consultation sessions for those selected into the ID@Xbox program and may highlight approved publishers on MSDN Gaming or other Microsoft sites.
